Projects

Muziekgieterij has created several projects for a variety of audiences, both independently and in collaboration with local organizations.

Bruis

The Bruis Festival originated in 2007, when the Muziekgieterij was commissioned by the City of Maastricht to develop a pop festival for the city. No less than 16 years, and 3 locations later, the festival lands as a Euroregional household name in the courtyard of Muziekgieterij in Maastricht.

043

You will discover new, unpolished talent at 043, the successor to Transformer in Muziekgieterij. The bands of tomorrow, exciting acts you want to have seen before the rest of the world discovers them. And we do that with a monthly night, where you can hear three bands and visit for free. Acts in which we are confident that as a music lover you should not miss this. This makes 043 a concept of lovers, for lovers.

De Shift

The crew of De Shift continues where Soto Club ended: programming quality electronic music while promoting and further flourishing the local scene. In programming that ranges from house to disco, techno, electro and trance, there is also room for appealing headliners. The Shift is therefore more than a club, it is a community where everyone can come as they are.

Midsummer Prog Festival

The brand new Midsummer Prog Festival is an exclusive music festival experience not to be missed. Midsummer gives you the chance to see some of the world’s best progressive rock bands take the stage at the beautiful outdoor amphitheater in Valkenburg a/d Geul, Netherlands.
