• Booking is only possible online.
• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the booking, after which the full price will be charged.
• Cancellations can only be made by email: repeteren@muziekgieterij.nl
• Voicemail messages are not screened and no rights can be derived from this.
• Bookings can be made up to 28 days after the current date.
• The rooms must be left in accordance with the floor plan and signing marks in the room.
• Users and/or visitors must follow the instructions of the manager in charge at all times.
• Immediately report any defects and missing parts to the manager in charge.
• We treat each other and the building with respect and we honor each other’s belongings.
• The use of and trade in both soft and hard drugs is prohibited.
• Refreshments may not be consumed in the rehearsal rooms.
• Eating and drinking can be done in our courtyard.
• Any defects must be reported to the staff before using the rehearsal room.
• In case of observed misconduct, the staff can deny the person(s) concerned, access to the building.
• The employees reserve the right to check (hand)bags and luggage.
• We like a clean and safe venue, so there is permanent camera surveillance.
• Moving the equipment in practice areas to other practice areas is reserved for staff.
• Bands must leave the practice areas timely.
• During the rental period, the band is responsible for the rehearsal room and all the equipment in it.
