TEUN is only in her early twenties, but her work is steeped in seriousness and melancholy. On the Muziekgieterij stage at BKS 2025, she takes us into her wonderful sonic world. Asked about her musical influences, she mentions Adrianne Lenker (Big Thief) and Kate Bush. Those influences are abundantly clear in her songs. Yet TEUN has a sound that is unmistakably her own. She navigates between raw emotions and dreamy musings, but above all she is sincere.
