Ratmosphere

The band Ratmosphere (Ghent/Bruges) likes to describe their music as sleazy indie. The foursome has already been supporting Balthazar, Warhaus and Black Box Revelation and now they have a debut album: ‘Devils Island’. Prior to their performance at Bruis, in the fall of 2024, Ratmosphere dove into the studio of Muziekgieterij for a Heaven Session. There we already got a taste of the album.

After the session, Ludo Diels (Heaven Magazine) spoke with frontman Robin Serruys about meeting Keanu Reeves, about Donald Trump, the underworld and about weltschmerz. “The lyrics are often dark. I don’t write about funny anecdotes.”
