Noémie Wolfs began her musical career at the age of 22 with the band Hooverphonic, but now the Belgian singer has a solo career that stands rock solid. Her third album will be released in early November: ‘Wild At Heart’. During her Heaven Session at Bruis, we got a taste of it. Together with Simon Casier (Balthazar and Zimmerman) she recorded three songs in the studio of Muziekgieterij in Maastricht. Afterwards, she spoke with Heaven editor Ludo Diels about clichés and stickiness. And about making sad songs: “I just like to be dejected.”
