Iris Jean

As the BKS grounds slowly enveloped themselves in the atmospheric blue of dusk, Iris Jean appeared on our stage. There is also something blue in her music; a sweet melancholy that comes with the musings you have at the end of a day. Her songs are deeply personal reflections on both the beauty and the challenges of existence.

She spoke with Ludo Diels (Heaven Magazine) after her Heaven Session about the contrasts in her music and where now lies the uniqueness of her music. She also spoke with him about her second EP and looked ahead to making an album.
