Gurriers

“Let’s have a bit of f*cking fun,” shouted Gurriers frontman Dan Hoff as he came onto the Muziekgieterij Stage. And fun we had. To call their show high energy would be an understatement. Gurriers came into BKS at hurricane force. The music was cutting, the musicians were hungry and the audience showed goodwill. This post-punk band from Ireland counts as a promise, and they delivered on the promise right away that afternoon.

After the show, Dan Hoff and drummer Pierce Callaghan sat down with to Heaven Magazine editor Ludo Diels for a good chat. The men had just finished an exhausting trip from Italy and they wanted to share some thoughts.
