Ciska Ciska

Ciska Ciska is the formation around Ciska Dhaenens. On the Muziekgieterij stage (during BKS 2025), the Ghent native treats us to a cross-section of her repertoire. Her melodies are vulnerable and sometimes dreamy, her lyrics sensitive and layered. From the stage that afternoon, she gave us a glimpse into her rich world of feelings; her songs are not about the world but about herself. “It’s a kind of outlet,” she told Ludo Diels (Heaven Magazine) after the session.
