Muziekgieterij
Muziekgieterij is the youngest music venue in the Netherlands, where a dynamic team works hard almost seven days a week to deliver the most remarkable productions. From concerts to club nights and from talent development to studio recordings. Situated in one of Maastricht's most beautiful historic buildings, both the organization and the environment in which Muziekgieterij operates are incredibly inspiring.
As an intern, you will have a supporting role within Muziekgieterij’s marketing department and help us with day-to-day operations. During your internship you will learn how we work and thus all aspects of marketing in the cultural sector will be covered, although the focus will be on music programming. You will be guided to work increasingly independently on the (online) promotion of programs: from making and editing videos to writing texts for the website and newsletter.
Besides being a big music lover, preferably with a focus on more than one genre, you are also up to date with the latest online trends, like to learn new skills and don’t turn your hand to content creation. You get a lot of (creative) freedom to fill in your internship and at the same time we take you into our planning and strategy, so you can really learn ‘on the job’. An internship at Muziekgieterij can be quite hectic, but you know how to hold your own. Deadlines are no problem for you, as are planning and communicating effectively.
