Because the Muziekgieterij tapas platter is fresh, healthy and with an emphasis on fresh vegetables. Now that we can also take stock of visitors’ preferences in advance, it has become easier to take dietary restrictions into account. That way, cooking for a large group of visitors suddenly becomes very easy and, not to mention, fun!

Talking about those artists, they are the reason we start offering this extra bit. Conditions mean we have to settle for fewer visitors, but artists also play fewer shows because of this. In this way, we are trying to give something back to them, because at the end of the day, we cannot do without each other.
