Below are the addresses for navigating:
    Parking Frontenpark
    Parking Sphinxterrein
    Parking Mosae Forum
    Parking Bassin

You can find all information around the accessibility of Muziekgieterij on the Plan your visit page.

  • Are there seats during a concert?

No, unless explicitly indicated by the particular event on our website, there are no seats at a concert. However, if you have difficulty walking or are unable to stand for long periods of time for any other reason, please contact us until no later than three days before the event and we will see what we can do for you. By the way, walkers, mobility scooters or self-brought stools are not allowed in the hall. Walking crutches are allowed. By the way, walkers, mobility scooters or self-brought sit-up crutches are not allowed in the hall. Walking crutches are otherwise permitted.

  • Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities and wheelchair users?

There is no seating available in our concert rooms. Both rooms are accessible for wheelchair users but placements cannot be taken into account. So if you arrive as a wheelchair user and there are already (many) other visitors present, there is no possibility to reach certain places with the wheelchair (think in front of/near the stage). In addition, we would like to stress that the lift will become inoperative in case of fire evacuation, making it more difficult to evacuate wheelchair users from the balcony.

Wheelchair toilets are available. Again, however, these are difficult to reach from a crowded room when it is packed. Mobility scooters are not allowed in the halls due to their motorised nature. In case of evacuation, it is not possible to evacuate mobility scooters quickly.

  • Is hearing protection available at the venue?

We sell Alpine hearing protection for €5.50 per set, available in our foyer.

Yes, gladly even. That will save paper in return. To do this, set the brightness of your display to maximum brightness and zoom in on the barcode. This will ensure a faster flow at the door.

Muziekgieterij is completely cashless, which means we no longer accept cash at the entrance and at the bar/coin vending machine. At the bar, you will now pay contactless with your debit card or your smartphone (Apple Pay, Google Pay or similar). This also means that you can no longer buy tokens.

  • Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have lockers. You can reserve a locker in two ways:

    1. Reserve your locker through this site prior to your visit.

    Open locker
After payment, you will receive an e-mail from Keynius at the specified e-mail address. The e-mail contains two large buttons, 'Open locker' and 'Open and release locker'. These allow you to control your locker during your visit to Muziekgieterij.

    2. Reserve your locker upon entering Muziekgieterij, by scanning the QR code.
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code in the queue and open the reservation page. Make sure the e-mail address you enter is correct, as you will receive an e-mail which you can then use to access your locker. Check your completed details and proceed to payment. After this, you have successfully rented your locker and can start using it.

    Open and release locker
Have you finished using your locker? Then choose 'Open and release locker'. Your locker will then open and be ready for the next user. After this, you can no longer use the locker.

Come lightly packed to Muziekgieterij, as there is no room for large bags and other luggage. Bags larger than A4 size are not allowed into the venue due to safety regulations. Do you need your bag for (e.g.) medical reasons? No problem. Talk to one of our colleagues so that we are informed.

Muziekgieterij is not liable for theft and/or loss of clothing etc.

Reachability

Tickets

  • I have lost my tickets! What to do now?

Tickets purchased through Stager that have not been received in your inbox can be retrieved on this page.

  • When does the presale start?

DThe presale date and time are listed on the relevant event page on our website, you can also sign up for an email notification at the time the presale starts. This time is determined in consultation with the artist's representative. Often the presale starts on Friday at 10:00 am, but always double check to make sure you get there on time.

  • How can a show sell out so quickly?

Sometimes more people want to attend a programme than the number of tickets available. The demand for tickets then exceeds the capacity of the venue, and you will notice this in the queue in our ticketshop. By the way, we have no influence on this; the places in the queue are allocated automatically. We recommend to not refresh the page, otherwise you might lose your spot in the queue.

  • Do you also accept gift vouchers?

Unfortunately, our ticketing system does not support gift vouchers. This also applies to VVV vouchers and Podiumcadeau vouchers.

  • The show has been cancelled, now what?

All ticket buyers of a cancelled show have received an e-mail about this with more information about this show and their ticket(s). As a ticket holder, did you not receive any information? If so, please contact us.

  • I have not received my tickets! What should I do?

Since the beginning of 2024 we have been utilising "sealed tickets," this is to combat black market trading. We noticed that at many shows dealers were buying up tickets and selling them at exorbitant prices. This is obviously not fair to other visitors, who would also have liked to buy a ticket. The sealed ticket feature means that these tickets are only released at a later date and in the meantime can only be sold via Ticketswap with a minimum percentage added to the price. This works discouragingly we can see, allowing more real visitors to buy tickets right away.

You will receive your tickets 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

  • Can I be put on a standby list if a concert is sold out?

If a concert is sold out, we do not register cancellations. Therefore, placing on a waiting list is unfortunately not possible. For this as well, we advise you to keep an eye on Ticketswap.

  • Is it possible to return or exchange tickets already purchased?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange already purchased tickets (see ticket conditions). This is also clearly stated on our website and the Stager website. To prevent fraud with QR codes and for administrative reasons, we cannot make any exceptions to this. For further questions about this, please contact Stager.

Tip: offer your tickets through Ticketswap and then through Muziekgieterij's respective event page on Facebook.

  • What happens to my tickets if an event is rescheduled?

Tickets will remain valid for the new date, this will also be communicated in an email to all ticket holders. Should you be unable to attend on the new date, we ask you to consider offering these tickets via Ticketswap. From an administrative point of view, this results in far fewer actions in this situation and considerably eases the pressure on us as an organisation. In addition, this is a much faster way for you as a ticket holder to get your ticket money back.

Have you, as a ticket holder, not received any information? If so, please contact us.

  • Where can I purchase tickets?

You can buy the tickets online through our website, you can find them in our agenda.
